The mods in this guide only require FNIS and the instructions reflect that, but if you skip all of the creature content then you can actually just use Nemesis. Likewise, Nemesis is only necessary for a handful of specific combat and movement mods. It's also slightly easier to use in my opinion. The one thing FNIS does that Nemesis doesn't is creature animations. There are two niche cases where LE is objectively a better choice: if you're on very low-end hardware or if your only interest in Skyrim modding is hardcore screenarchery. If you really must get your hands on a copy of LE, your only viable options are sketchy third-party key sites or piracy. If you're insane, you can still technically buy it on Steam for full price, if you have a direct link to the game page.
